Deux ex, operation flashpoint.

Dead space is quite enjoyable, but its a third person, still a ton of fun.

Singularity was enjoyable. Binary Domain was cool if 3rd person is alright. Most of the others listed, I enjoyed as well.

I enjoyed Unreal Tournament: Black, even though its fairly hard on single player

I just had issues with my AI teammates being utterly worthless on certain objective maps.

It's not a FPS, but what about SpecOps the Line?

System Shock 2, if you like Bioshock then it's required playing. As far as I know, that was the first FPS-RPG hybrid game and then there's the first Deus Ex which came out a year later and was more forgiving with character builds (as in less room to screw yourself over.)

Dishonored is pretty good
