1st time pc build but I need help!!!!!!!!!!! (PC issue)

I just got done building my PC But my GPU is saying."Please power down and connect the PCIe Power cable(s) for this Graphics card BUT the PCIe is connect. Any idea what is wrong?

Both the 6 pin and 8 pin need to be plugged in.
