It'll be fine. I had a 4930k@4.6GHz and 2x 780Tis that were OCd on a 750w while I was waiting for my 860w to arrive.

Yes, and out of the units you listed, I'd suggest the HX750 over the others.

This is for a friends build. Hes getting either an i5-4670k or an i7-4770k depending how much money he has, 8GB RAM, a Samsung EVO SSD and 2 2TB HDDs.

He just wants one 770 now, and will get the other one at the end of the year or so.

Just an FYU, by the end of the year, a 770 might not be a good value unless you buy it used. Rumours are that Nvidia will be releasing their 800 series in second half of 2014

This is what I'm running and it works fine. No BSD or any other random errors or PC shutting down. Might get a little dicey if I start adding more HDDs.

Sidenote
CPU@ 4.4ghz or 4.3. I stopped paying attention after I did my stability tests.
GPU slight OC @ +75 core and memory +100 on MSI Afterburner

Yeah, its just the single 770 is his current budget. He may end up getting a single 880/880TI or something instead of a second 770.
