Amazon sends me defective gaming headset 2 times in a row and then

Returns the money on the 2nd pair before I even shipped them back.

So yesterday I get my 2nd headset and find its defective within 10 mins like the one first one. Sent Amazon an email last night kind of pissed. Wake up in the morning and the money has returned into my bank. Lol what? I didnt even do the return procces yet through Amazon. I just sent an email asking how its possible i get 2 defective pairs in a row and the 2nd pair looked used

Yes. They will usually refund you before you send the item back if you complain about something. They won't forget you have the headset though lol.

Didnt think so but i was thinking about fixing them since I can. Its just hair in the driver(causes rattle ) but it shouldnt ship this way. Thats why I never told them I was shipping them back yet

Most my products are good i spend a lot there. But i dont for a second doubt they try to resell items already claimed defective

Similar situation has happened to me, and they let me keep it for free. They said "Don't worry about shipping the item back, it's on us." And they refunded me as well of course. It wasn't for a headset though it was for a wire.

Yea percentages wise I've had probably more good than bad, but man sometimes its like they purposely open your item and throw it around the warehouse when you ask for a replacement.

Yeah, Amazon is like that, no wonder they don't make profits. Had a defective launch PS4, since they couldn't replace it they decided to refund 30% of the price to me and told me to send it to Sony
