Linux installation on a UEFI motherboard question.

Okay, I'm planning to install Ubuntu on a new hard drive (not the one with Windows 7 already installed on it) after I partition it to ext4. But it will be on a UEFI motherboard. Will I encounter problems?

Disable secure boot if its on. Other than that, consult ubuntus wiki's and forums for specifics of how they handle uefi these days.

Ubuntu and Fedora have SecureBoot signatures, IIRC, so may not be necessary to disable it.
