Would like it to be Intel and Nvidia.

Don't need a monitor/keyboard or mouse. Any suggestions? A Friend told me to post this. Price has some leeway.

Are you looking to build or buy a pre-built?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/32pXF about 115 dollars over your preferred price, but that's an OS for you.

Here's the PC I currently use. It's right within your budget. You didn't list any specifics so brands and case selection are influenced by my own personal taste:

Maxes out just about every game @ 1080p. It's also small-sized for portability.

If you run at higher resolutions then you'll probably want a beefier GPU. Or if you do lots of work like video editing, CAD, and the likes, then you'll probably want to upgrade to a 4770K. Also, this build assumes you plan to overclock. If not you can get away with a non-K CPU and an H87 motherboard.

Putting together or prebuilt, either is fine

^ any website you would recommend for a prebuilt?

I recommend you build it yourself. It's cheaper and more rewarding, but if you insist on prebuilt, eCollegePC is the only site that won't completely rip you off.

You might check locally as well. Where I live we have a place with very competitively priced components (and price match so who cares) and they build for $40.

Good try people but TC my build is the most powerful one of them all.
