Logitech Wireless Gamepad F710 Not Working properly on PC???

#1blk911Posted 3/3/2014 11:53:59 AM
My New Logitech Wireless Gamepad F710 won't function properly when I try to play it on my PC games like World at War. The right analog Stick won't move when I go into to the game controller Options to set up the controls. Or when I hit the mode button on the controller the D-pad stops working and only the left analog works. All of the buttons work fine like R3. Please help.

Are you within range? It needs line of sight of the receiver, even your hands might block it, and it needs to be within about 3 feet of the receiver. At least that's how mine is.

Do you have the switch on the back set to X-Input?

The mode button switches the d-pad and left analog stick functionality, so you'll probably want that to be off.

I have windows 8.1. I also just installed motionjoy to use my Dualshock 3. Everything works except my analog sticks.

Uninstall motionjoy and scan your computer, that thing is just spyware now.

Mine works fine. You don't need to use the logitech software either. But as SinisterSlay said, the line of sight is atrocious on it. Use the supplied USB extender to where the controller can "see" it.
