LOL, not even 10 minutes into the game and I'm laughing.

I enter Cartman's house and walk by his mother. I tried to talk to her even though I'm supposed to follow him...

Cartman: Don't talk to her, she's not part of the game.

Love the humor already.

Edit: ROFL Don't get me started on entering your name.

Yeah, when you enter your name, I was laughing at that. Nice touch, IMO.

Since I'm European I have to wait a couple of days for release, I guess some of you guys have had a decent amount of time to play by now, without any spoilers can you answer me a simple queston, as a South Park fan will I enjoy the game?
I've tried to keep away from any videos on YT (including reviews) as I don't want anything ruining.

As I South Park fan, I'm enjoying the game. I love the references to the show that they have in the game, I love how they developed a functioning city, and I love the humor, though, it does seem less mature than the show (Which is fine by me!).

Sounds good, ignore the fact that its South Park related, is it a good game (mechanics/gameplay wise) I know I could just look at footage already out, but I rarely get excited for a game so I want nothing to be spoiled.

I only have like 4 hours in it but yes so far, it is a good game. 90% of the appeal is the southpark humor though so I would never recommend it to someone that doesn't like the low brow humor.

The loot is hilarious and will make any fan of the show smile. The exploration is pretty top notch with lots of little hidden paths and items to collect. The turn based combat is very paper mario-esque with player interaction needed for every aspect. Overall, I don't regret it so far. I do worry about its longevity but I can see at least one more playthrough later. Also so far on hardcore difficulty with my jew class, its been easy but I'm also still more or less in the first main mission.

It is kind of unexpected, but there have not been many recent RPGs that I was so excited about.
