like it is now i heat up to 60 gaming certain games so i cant really overclock it

I just ordered That Storm Trooper case, idk what anyone says for the price it's the best case period. As for the build gaming wise I give it a 7.2 over clock that cpu to at lest 4.2 if possible.

65c isn't high at all but considering you aren't overclocked I would suggest reapplying your heatsink/fan with new thermal paste. When I was running a hyper 212+ my 3570k would hit in the mid 70s overclocked at 4.2ghz at max load. Either way as long as your under 80 I wouldn't worry at all.
