IYO what is the best way to record & stream gameplay

capture card or software? and suggestions based off your choice. Doesnt have to be free but nothing crazy expensive and hopefully under $200

I use Open Broadcaster Software. It works pretty well, and it's super easy to set what source you want to record.

Its the complete opposite, thats the best part (assuming you have an nVidia gpu)

It's a lot better than anything else I've used (fraps, obs, afterburner). I can keep 60 fps in Skyrim while recording and it works with almost anything. Great quality too-obs can be glitchy with quality.
