My power supply is a 620W Antec. I'll check to see if it's still under warranty, but if not I guess I'll buy a new one they're not too expensive.

i5 2500k
GTX 560ti
8gb RAM
1 TB harddrive

You could buy lower watt psu with that computer. But if you were planning a video card upgrade in the future, I would probably get another 600 watt or more of a good brand.

I plan on upgrading to an 800 series card (whenever they come out) this year so I'll probably get a 650w or w/e I'll need to run it.

Not necessary, your existing unit (provided it's working fine) will run any video card on the market.
