I hope they put my favorite TV show and band into the next KH game.

That's as far as I got in the survey before saying f*** it.

Doubt they'll port it because that would require effort and barely anyone in Japan even has a PC capable of running console ports.

They're asking people about Kingdom Hearts. Stop pooping and start acting.

Do the survey and tell them what you want.

I did. \o/

I can already play KH on my PC in over 2160P. Why would I want a port?

To have native versions, instead of dealing with emulation, and for Kingdom Hearts 3. Duh.

You make it sound like emulation is a pain in the ass to deal with

This.

Plus even though the in-game graphics look great upscaled in PCSX2, all of the 2D elements which include HUDs, text, menu items, the crosshair, journal, etc. are all stretched out of their proper aspect ratio and the FMV are buggy and low resolution.

Emulation is imperfect as well. It uses hacks to keep up full speed. I love emulation, but I would never prefer to emulate when I have the option of a native version.

So stupid that so many games would need a petition or something to get released on PC. Are the publishers so oblivious to the PC market or is it not profitable enough or something?

It is indeed stupid. But we need to embody the change we want to see, so fill out the survey and tell the idiots that we want the game on our platform.

The Squeenix site isn't surveymonkey.com, don't lie to me.

I was thinking that too. And the facebook page.... I don't see mention of this.

It's the opportunity cost.
Of course it'll eventually turn a profit, but working on a port takes resource away from other projects.
