If you game at 720p; you'll be able to still run anything at medium/low settings.

That isn't too bad a PC, really.
You should be able to play quite a lot of newer games still.

Borderland 1 and 2.
Xcom: Enemy Unknown.
Rogue Legacy.
Portal 1 and 2.
Fallout 3 and New Vegas.
Dungeon Defenders.

Thanks guys. I've played Fallout 3 on the PS3 although I never got around to playing New Vegas. I think that's something else to add to my list. Rest I've played.

I don't think you'll have any problems playing that at higher/max settings as I believe it came out around 2006/2007 which was when your card in the upper performance tier.
