Saints Row 2.

Debatable. The Gentlemen of the Row mod fixes most of the worst bugs while adding a ton of content plus the console versions were pretty heavily bug-ridden too (including a couple that could wipe out your save file entirely which are fixable on pc).

Many console games have receive poor PC ports. Obviously, PC games are always better on PC - except maybe Diablo 3, but that just shows you how low Blizzard has sunk since becoming Activision's b****.

That's a list of bad ports and some of them aren't even that. More often than not even a bad port like Dark Souls is equal to or still better than the console version. From that list only SR2 THpsHD and oRE4 are much worst on pc compared to their console counterparts.

Just because they were bad ports doesn't mean they aren't better than their console counterparts.
