The Unreal engines have had Linux support for a long time. Just like most of id's engines.

There is nothing wrong with spreading games over multiple platforms. It benefits everyone. This is good news.

Ironic considering the reason the loud minority "hates" consoles is the exclusives they're too poor to afford the extra hardware to play.
