Dpx.js file keeps popping up on my PC -> anyone have this problem?

and its a JScript Script file.

My compute rhas been acting prett wonky today.

Sigh that isn't a problem no more. Now the Delivery67.com popups are haunting this computer. Tried urnning CC cleaner, doesn't help. running Malwarebytes but it isn't spotting anything yet. Any recommendations?
