Is there a command prompt command to copy a hard drive to another?

Like make an actual image of the drive -- I need to back up a dying hard drive

I saw something with the dd command but I don't have it -- I'm using Windows 7

Clonezilla should work.

DD works awesome. Just do it from a livecd

dd if=/dev/sdx(name of drive) of=image.img

or directly to a second disk:

dd if=/dev/sdx of=/dev/sdy

I recommend robocopy
