DO you use a controller to play PC games?

Usually use KB/M. Have a controller on the side for games either badly ported on PC or require analog movement.

Only with emulators.

It's time gamers grew up instead of being pissy 5 year olds fighting over the most asinine things.

For real time strategy, no. For everything else, yes.

Pretty much this.

Hell yeah! How's your titan? I'm on the fence about getting the Titan Black.

I originally got a 360 controller so I could play split-screen with my brother, but now that my mouse is dying I find myself using it a lot more than before.

Hell yeah I do. Some games just play better with a controller.

I mainly use it for TPS especially if it has driving/flying. Arcade, racing, sports and platforming games usually play better on a controller.

I use a Microsoft Sidewinder Precision 2 for racing and flight games, but I use a keyboard and mouse for everything else.

It's served me well @ 1920x1080 for the past year. Titan Black is nice, but I'd personally wait until we know more about the desktop 800 series, or whatever they end up calling it.

This.

The only game in recent memory I felt compelled to use a controller for was Sonic Transformed. I ordered a controller on a Friday from Amazon when I was playing Sleeping Dogs because I thought I would drive better with it.

By the time I got the thing on Monday, I was such a boss driving with the keyboard I couldn't stand to use it, and it made the combat feel clunky.

Bastion, Prototype, and other similar games I played with KB/M without a thought for controller.

I was going to use my controller for KOF XIII, but I was MUCH better using the keyboard (arrow keys and number pad), which makes sense because it's quite literally a digital version of an arcade stick (four digital directions, rows of buttons you press with your fingers).

Depends on the game. Some games (like Beat Hazard) feel wrong without a gamepad, while other games (X comes to mind if you don't have a full HOTAS setup) are infinitely superior with a keyboard and mouse.

Yes, the 360 controller with wireless dongle is the bee's knees.
