Does PCH have any recommended settings or places to look for some good settings? I looked through an overclock.net topic and picked some settings out of it but I'd love to hear what you guys suggest. So far I'm loving the monitor.

You can order them from some places pre-modded.

I found this program very useful:
http://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-Strobelight-LightBoost-Utility-for-AMD-ATI-and-NVIDIA

It strobes the backlight to match the refresh rate so it's more like a traditional CRT. Otherwise (for me) I found that I would notice motion blur in high contrast areas.

It's not Gsynced as far as I'm aware. I ordered it off Newegg and the descriptions and everything didn't mention anything about having the Gsync upgrade.

You wouldn't need the lightboost hack if it's Gsynced... The framerate and refresh rate would be the same. At least that's my take on it...

I thought lightboost hack made the backlight strobe, which in turn reduced motion blur. Also, doesn't gsync make the refresh rate of the monitor adaptive, so that it eliminates tearing? I don't see why one would make the other cancel out.

i dont really know too much about this though so if someone could clarify id appreciate it c:
