My motherboard is intel g540, and my motherboard is :

I noticed that 1080p YouTube is out of sync and slow with my pc. I want to know what is a small but good video card that works with my current set up.

And I also want to know if the YouTube slowdown being caused by my processor or my lack of a video card?

Here's the inside of my PC...so you can get an idea of how much space I'm working with: http://postimg.org/image/t93aidtuz

SilverStone Aluminum/Steel Micro ATX Media Center/HTPC Case ML03B. That's my case. You can search it on Google if needed.

Thanks in advance guys

Well if you get a card, you need a low profile card, something like this:

I took a good look at your case and the room that it had and I found a GTX 750 that should be able to fit and give you plenty of power to chew through any videos you throw at it AND it's really power efficient so you won't need any extra power connectors to plug into it.

That's what I would get if I were you.

A new GPU isn't going to help much. You need to get rid of that CeLOLron.

You should not put a GPU in that. New CPU first, without a doubt. Also if you care about PCs at all (I assume you do since you put RAM with cooling fins in this one), just get a better case, that one is...not that hot.

If it were me, I'd buy a cheap but effective new case, the nicest CPU I could afford, and a decent mobo to match it, and carry over the RAM, HDD, optical, and PSU (for now, would be next thing on the upgrade list). Given that you do not have a GPU now, I'm probably not reaching when I guess that gaming and video applications are not a priority for you, so that would be my last priority. If you're wanting to get into those things, you'll probably want a better starting point before choosing a GPU.

it's not his cpu, it's still sandy bridge architecture which is still fine.

Probably hd5450 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102882

I had to look at that for a min, no fan really on pretty much any HD5450? I guess it must not run hot at all *shrug*
