You didn't specify the processor, but the answer is probably no.

There is no model of Intel processor called, "Quad core," so if you could give an exact model, that would helpful.

You probably wouldn't like the performance. I have an i7 @ 2 GHz + AMD 6570m, which is stronger than Intel HD, but 720p low settings was what I had to play at for decent performance.

Didn't specify the actual CPU or GPU. HD3000? 4000?

If you have a Intel Hd 4000 or Higher then yeah you should be able to run it on low settings but it wont be pretty.

I played the beta on 1080p maxed out and honestly wasn't impressed at all, looked like the same old COD engine even though they claimed they used a modified valve source engine.

Anyway, I don't think you're missing much at all by playing it on lowered settings

If you didn't know, Intel names some of their lower end GPUs "Intel HD Graphics" now, so sometimes dxdiag and ark won't tell you what the actual card is--there are some variations among them from what I can tell.

I am on a N3520 CPU. Is GPU is just called "Intel HD Graphics."
