Sooooo, my laptop isn't really old at all I mean i got it like 2 years ago, its a HP 650 notebook.

But i've noticed it has problems with black lines, like my mouse cursors outline is really faint and if i move it around on a white screen too quickly it basically becomes invisible.

On top of that everything just seems.. hmm, how to put it in words.. like my pc screen has a white dream-like filter over it.

Is my screen dying? the GPU burning out maybe?

Sounds more like your monitor is on the way out, or has a loose connection.

Plug an external monitor into your laptop. Does it exhibit the same thing? If not, it's most likely an issue with the laptop's screen.
