If you want a proper gaming laptop (not a flimsy business laptop with a decent video card) it's gonna be huge and bulky.

Honestly, the bulk is good, it give the components a little more air space to radiate heat.

Hmm so you think the Alienware laptops are the way to go at 1500? I see that they have the 800 series now... which is better right?

So for the same price, I have seen the same model laptop, but with 755M SLI.

You can spend $400 on a console and $400 on a cheap PC, or you can spend $800 to build your own and have the best of both worlds.

For $1500 I'd look at MSI or Asus.

XoticPC has Sager I7+860m for less than a grand and I7+870m for $1500.

Why even look at a 7xx?

"Dual 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M Graphics" is Costco's non-tech-savvy way of saying SLI. You can tell because the second card goes into the optical slot, and the one in the OP's link says it has no optical drive.

No dude. You don't understand the numbering of GPUs. A higher overall number does not mean it's a better card. The first number is the series, the second two numbers are the power of it. You need at least an x60 card.
