Birds? What about a crow? They're smart.

They use cars in traffic to crack open nuts.

That's nothing. One study found a wild crow learned well enough to solve a significant puzzle. One figured out - on its own - that it needed to pull up a string hanging from a branch to get a small stick, pull the stick out of the string, use that stick to pull 3 rocks out of 3 different wood cages, put all 3 rocks into a box with a balanced platform inside to drop a longer stick, and use that longer stick to pull food out of a long box. Crows are friggin' geniuses when it comes to birds.

Octopus is pretty cool too. There was this one in a tank at a dentist's office some time back, on a table with other tanks containing tropical fish, and one with crabs. One day they noticed an empty crab shell in the tank with no sign of what happened. Then another one the next day, etc. They ended up setting up a camera to capture what was happening. Turns out their pet octopus was opening the lid on his tank, crawling out and down the side, holding its breath all the way across the table to the crab tank, crawling up into that, eating a crab, then crawling back out of the crab tank, closing the lid, crawling back to its own tank, and closing its own lid behind it. Friggin' thing knew how to avoid getting caught (until the camera anyway).

Mole Cricket! They can Dig underground, Fly through the air, Swim in water, and walk on land.
That certainly tops Ducks.

How about a dolphin? You swim around the ocean, have to come up for air and eat fish while you battle sharks, solve puzzles, and save the Earth from aliens in a time traveling/multi dimensional epic story line.
