so I owned a physical copy of mass effect 2 years ago... whenever it came out on PC. don't know where it is now, gone somewhere.
but I still have a bunch of the DLCs, according to the bioware site where I can also download them... my question is how to transfer these over to the Mass Effect 2 that I just bought on steam? --- psn:celtekk|steam:celtekk
Been quite a while but don't you have to login to your bioware account in game and authorize them there them there? Should be instructions somewhere on the bioware site --- Bled dry from the inside, darkest of weather I'll be your mirror we can shatter together
when I hit the "new content" button IN game, it leads me to the place where I can download all the DLC I own, but how do I get it to work in STEAM? Bioware is all Origin'd out now. --- psn:celtekk|steam:celtekk
Far as I know there's nothing special about ME2 on steam other than the fact that's where you bought it. should work exactly the same as the retail copy did. --- Bled dry from the inside, darkest of weather I'll be your mirror we can shatter together
Download the DLC from the Bioware website and install them normally. It's a bit annoying that they aren't integrated in Steam but Bioware has never sold the DLC outside of their website. --- 15.4" Retina MacBook Pro (Mid 2012) | Node 304 mITX | Gigabyte Z87N-WIFI | Intel Core i5-4670K | Asus GTX 760 | Corsair 1x8GB | EVGA 600W | 120+64GB SSDs
