You should stretch your wrists if you're' feeling pain. I used to have pain from my wrists, all the way up my arms, until I started doing that.

I'm a programming and a PC gamer. Been programming for a couple of years and PC gaming since I was 10.

No problems yet.

But yeah, I think you can get carpel tunnel from any type of gaming, or being on a computer too long.

It got worst with console games with repetitive button mashing. The pain was mostly in the large tendon running from the thumb to wrist, to the tendon on the back of the elbow, and I couldn't bend my wrists without severe pain.

Only happened once. Maybe lasted a few months.
