If you don't already have a multibutton mouse like the Naga or G600 get one, they'll open up a lot of doors as far as what you can play.

Yeah, anyone suggesting most any RTS is either a casual or just doesn't understand how to play RTS well. :P

I'd agree on turn-based strategy tho - games like the Civilization series or Warlock: Master of the Arcane work well with just the mouse.

Also, definitely most any point-and-click adventure. The Longest Journey is a great one, but there are lots.
