I would say spend 3 of those 7 thousand on a rig, then buy some peripherals (monitors, mouse, keyboard, speaker etc). Pre-order all the games you want this year, then donate the rest to Child's play.

I7 32g ram sli Titan z blacks 1200w gold power supply then case and mobo of choice :) the titans will eat 6g before taxes.

Path the 780ti is trash compared to the tian z blacks there peasant cards compared to the new nvidia king :)
