Did you you make sure the 4\8 pin axtually connecter is plug in(I know intel require this I never really use an amd based motherboard so I don't know if they use this). Also If you have on 2 memory module are they in the motherboard properly some motherboard if you have 2 memory module require the be put in a certain spots if I remember. If that doesn't do it how about remove all but one memory module and try then one a time with the least amount of hardware(no addon card) and see if a memory module is bad.
