No you're not. You've posted no facts about the physical copies. You've posted two links both of which discuss digital copies but neither say for sure what the fate of physical copies will be for certain.
While physical copies will still be available in stores until stock runs out, as soon as the games are pulled from XBLA and PSN, there will be no legitimate means for new customers to obtain DLC for these games.
I have a PS3 for those must have local co-op titles. I have played many on it, but all I currently have is NHL '14 and MLB '12 for it.
