Pretty sad that Titanfall is already dead on PC

To be honest though, I doubt that it's any better for the X1 and PS4. The 40kbps requirement only accounts for internet connections, so I doubt this requirement changed from the 360 to the X1.

I forgot the exact figure, but I believe the X1's minimum internet requirement is a few times higher than the 360's. Trying to track down where I heard it listed, but I've seen so many videos referencing this it's proving difficult.

One place I've seen the TCR requirement for the 360 detailed.

Regardless, the 40kbps rate severely limits the amount and frequency of data being sent back and forth. As it stands, BF4 sends data to the server at 30hz, and receives at 10hz.

Well then hopefully the first, truly next-gen BF will be better

I forgot that was even on consoles.

Playing that with a controller... *shudder*

That's because playing with a controller in that game is terrible. I can't imagine how bad the spray and praying is on consoles due to the lack of control you have over recoil.

Playing any FPS with a controller is silly.

Fun fact: CS:GO on consoles fully supports keyboard and mouse.

I'm pretty sure this is only on PS3 and not on the 360.

Rofl, it doesn't even have Dedicated Servers. No self-respecting PC gamer would play that crap.

I'm pretty sure it does have dedicated servers. This was a huge selling point that MS wanted to drive home, at least before release. They just didn't call it dedicated servers though, they called it 'the power of the cloud.' I guess it's possible it's different for PC but I doubt it.

Unless by dedicated servers you mean player run servers and a browser in which case no, it doesn't.

PC gamers prefer their games to be long, boring and tedious/repetitive than a fun, easy to pick up and play game like Titanfall so it's no surprising it's dying on PC, you're better off sticking to XONE version.
