Nope.avi It won't play anything.

At the lowest settings in games you're looking at MAYBE 30fps max with dips below 20.

You also have to take into account that they used a much better CPU(specifically the i7-920 @ 3.3ghz, which is MUCH faster than the CPU in the comp you're thinking about buying) during these tests which will affect performance.
