That looks pretty good for the price, but what's a "gaming" monitor?
i7 960? that thing is pretty old. GTX480? seems a bit overpriced for hardware from 2010 or earlier.
It depends on the card. The CPU is fine but the card may struggle a bit and if i recall, the 400 series of gaming cards are power hogs and produce a fair amount of heat. I'd say if its a 1GB card you could get away with 60 FPS @ 1080p on a fair number of recent games.
