why is the south park game pushing my GPU to 90% load

i dont understand

Because to render the game, your GPU needs 90% of its available computational power.

Cuz its fancy 2D...not normal 2D

It's poorly optimized

It's poorly optimized

More than likely the ultimate culprit. It's not really fancy in the graphics department so they probably made it piss poor in the optimization department and called it a day to save some debugging money.

It looks exactly like the TV show. Even a bit better. Who is not to say that's really hard to do behind the scenes?

Are you checking the clocks? The gpu might be running at like 500mhz which would result in a 90% load even though the video card isn't really using its full power. I've seen that happen in games that are really easy to run.
Currently Playing: Kid Icarus: Uprising, Donkey Kong 64 and Fez

If that is the case then all you have to do is make a custom profile for the game and make sure it is set to run at maximum POWAH

Honestly though if your computer is playing it smoothly who really cares? haha

Well if its pushing the GPU harder than it is supposed to then that could cause it to heat up hotter than usual.
