Any news on 6gb 780ti? When is it coming out?

Do you think there will be a equivalent of this card?

no clue, but if you can hold out until the 880 releases, I suggest that

Probably around Oct, basing it off what I've read but there is really not a lot of need for 6GB Vram, of course I heard the new models with that much ram will only add around $50 to cost, of course that is rumor so take it as a grain of salt if you will.

If you really need the VRAM and don't want to wait, then another choice would be to go with a Titan Black, as it has 6gb of VRAM. I think 6gb of VRAM is only required if you have a multi monitor setup or you have a 4k monitor. If not, then I would just go with a 3gb card.

6GB is overkill, but at least it makes 780Ti SLI options more appealing.

As it stands currently, SLI is a TON of power for only 3GB effective. The VRAM is clearly going to be the first thing to bottleneck such a rig in future games. Hell, even a reference 7950 in early 2012 had 3GB...

Of course I am a big fat dummy who won't take his own advice and will probably buy a second 3GB 780Ti model soon.
