I already own the CPU. Hows the memory and mobo? I don't really plan on doing any major overclocking, but I do want to try. --- You didn't try google, you made that up... Twist those dirty bags - Shake

If you are OCing I strongly suggest a 990 chipset mobo. Mosfets fry on some 970,s when oced. --- www.twitch.tv/fearsomebeaver

I can skip OCing if it means spending extra money. I would also need a better cooler. --- You didn't try google, you made that up... Twist those dirty bags - Shake

Actually the cooler you have there is fine for overclocking, it's already a "better" cooler. If you weren't overclocking, you'd be fine with the stock cooler that ships with the CPU. --- -What is best in life? -To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of the women.
