Dungeon Keeper.

Never get tired of it ^^

This, followed by Baldur's Gate 1.

Dungeon Keeper is one of the greatest RTS ever made.

I still have my old macs (LC II and a powermac) set up ...

Maybe old text adventures like Zork ...
Quarterstaff: Tomb of Setmoth ...
Enchanted Scepters, Radical Castle, or other WorldBuilder games ....
Bungie's original Pathways Into Darkness (my all time fav!) ...
As for PC, probably the original Might & Magic (though I definitely prefer the Mac version) ...
And there's this little text adventure I have on DOS called Forbidden Castle. Short, but an interesting world.

DOOM II: Hell on Earth. The Ultimate DOOM is technically newer if memory serves.
People still want an FF7 remake? Geez, that sure is a lot of people eager to see the Honey Bee Inn bathtub scene in Advent Children graphics.
