im building a gaming pc for some freinds of mine, they ordered the parts and tried to assemble it but couldnt so they asked me to do it. But when i looked at his processor i noticed one of the corners or slightly bent, its not broken and is surprisingly stiff and wont really bent back to normal. Again its just a small part of one of the corners but some of the gold connector parts are on the bend.
should i have them order a new one or will it still work?
i cant test it cause the motherboard is sent off for an RMA right now
thanks in advance!! --- gamertag: schindigg psn ID: schindigg

They probably dropped it on one of the corners. It may still work, only way to find out is to test it. --- Corsair 500r ~ P8Z68-V Pro ~ i5 2500k ~ Hyper 212+ ~ Corsair 2x4gb ~ TX750w v2 ~ MSI 780 TF ~ F3 1TB ~ Crucial M4 128GB ~ Xonar DG ~ Tt Meka G1 ~ Asus PA248Q

Post pics or this thread is useless. --- You can spend $400 on a console and $400 on a cheap PC, or you can spend $800 to build your own and have the best of both worlds.
