Intel Core i7 4770 (3.40GHz)
8GB DDR3
1TB HDD Capacity
Windows 8
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770

Its RAM is expandable to 32 GB

Do think this the OEM version of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770?

Can it play these games on high to ultra settings at least 40 FPS?

you don't need to link to the games, the name is enough info.

but yes, you'll max them no problem.

I don't understand the topic title. Did someone say that it wasn't a good gaming PC and you want to know why?

Sorry im horrible at topic titles you should see trying to fill out a subject line for an email. Plus i was assuming everybody say is a bad computer because its pre built.

Its not a bad gaming computer because it prebuilt. Nothing wrong with prebuilt, its just not cost effective.
This computer will do fine for gaming.

Maybe 4 years ago. That PC would easily run Civ V at full settings. A budget laptop released today could easily run Civ V

You need to stop thinking about it and just buy the thing. Anyone saying it is bad is only saying it because if you built one yourself for the same price you could probably do a little bit better. It's not because it's got bad parts. That computer will run pretty much every game out at full settings.
