Any suggestions are better/more cost efficient parts? Or a better case?
I need at least two USB ports in the front, as well as audio in/out. I already have the evga 560 ti, as well as the PSU.

Ah, that's kind of awkward because that build is terribly unbalanced between the GPU and CPU.

At any rate, you're paying way too much for your HDD. I believe 1TB Seagate Barracudas are still on sale for $50.

Look at a hyper 212 evo instead for the cooler.

Why not windows 8 over windows 7? Faster and you can use classic shell to get the start menu back if you don't like metro. Also more compatibility with newer versions of direct x.

Probably not, but

Why, what would you recommend for a different GPU?

I see them at around $60, but those aren't the hybrid drives.

Done

Meh, it depends on what I get my hands on.

Updating my pcpartpicker now.

If you're going to get such a high end CPU I would say getting anything short of a GTX 770 or 780 is a waste. Overall I would recommend getting a i5-4670K and Z87 mobo instead.

Also hybrid drives are useless. Get a real SSD or don't bother.

So if I do get a 770/780 I should stick with the rest of what I have aside from the HDD >_>?

Also, bare in mind I have no idea how to overclock GPUs so, yeah.

If I get a 770 will I be running things on max settings for like the next 10 years?

Pretend that Ultra settings cost extra money. And your goal is to aim for high-very high. Any i5 is good enough for years to come. Most game developers don't create software for stuff that hasn't been out for a couple years.

I'd say get a GPU under $300 and you'll be fine.

No. No GPU in existence will do that. Well? Maybe. Max for 10 years? No
