Use it to "bookmark" stuff I want to keep my eye on.
641 games owned 88 wishlisted --- I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.

Yup, as bookmarks for games I might buy and play in the future.
Of course, the wishlist helps friends that wants to gift you birthday and christmas gifts. The ranking feature is quite neat. --- - My vision is augmented

yeah as bookmarks mostly, but also for x-mas gifts. My circle of friends all update their wishlist so that the top 10 are actually games they want when it comes close to x-mas. --- He who stumbles around in darkness with a stick is blind. Mostly for both first and second reasons, perhaps a bookmark for some few games.
