Is the only way to get support for AMD products is through their forums?

The guy told me to try using the manufacture's drivers. They are a bit outdated from the drivers out at AMD but so far it seems to work.

From what I was understood that they were different from the ones from the site itself. Is this really true? I need try more games and see.

Use the open-source AMD drivers, they work better than the proprietary binary blob AMD hosts on their site.
