This is exactly what people were spouting when they recommended core 2 duos instead of core 2 quads back in the day.

Don't ever skimp on the CPU. A GPU can be upgraded very easily. CPUs however rarely drop in price.

Well he brought that game up as a battle cry for the i5, not me. I'm simply saying the i5 gets murdered in that game at some points, any CPU does really.
