The new firefox update is making me consider switching browsers.

If you want a legitimate reason to jump ship away from Firefox: https://blog.mozilla.org/blog/2014/05/14/drm-and-the-challenge-of-serving-users/

Of course that does beg the question of what browser you would jump to when all of the other big names have already done this.

You all seem like old curmudgeons, opposed to change, never seeing the positive.

^Your username is really familiar for some reason. Were you a regular poster on the San Andreas PS2 boards a while back?

Hate is such a strong word. That's an odd picture to link to such a harsh accusation.

Well, considering you seem to not approve of people opposed to change.

I can break that picture down for you:
1. Firefox v.18, because on the newer ones there is no way to remove the tab bar since I hate using tabs. Plus the layout of the menus is much better.

2. GameFAQs v.8 skin. I was using throwback mode to use the much better v.8 skin before GameFAQs was redesigned, but they unfortunately removed that option completely about a month ago.

3. Quick Launch toolbar, instead of pinning programs to the taskbar.

4. Pretty much making the entire taskbar look like the pre-Windows Vista days.

However, the reasons for these are not because I'm opposed to change, but because the newer options reduce my productivity.

^ Hold your horses there, Khicken... you hate using tabs? I didn't know people could dislike the most useful feature since the invention of condoms.

Really? there are people who hate it? I just updated to version 29, and I like it a hell of a lot. It does Chrome better than chrome does.

there's an app that hides the tab bar if you only got one open
