That may be what it says but it will run fine on your 250W unit.

Well I know a few things about PSUs, but don't take it from me, see this review of the 6670:

You can see their test PC (which is more power hungry than your Pentium E5800), paired with a 6670, was drawing just under 200W under a gaming load.

i did a calculator and it did 300 w

Calculators are pretty bad. Anandtech actually measured those numbers with an electronic device that does just that.
