Did you know PC has its own Uncharted game?

Who needs the playstation game of the year when we already have our own version of it

Unearthed

http://store.steampowered.com/app/263680/

conveniently it's in a bundle for $1 for today only

https://www.indiegala.com/

(Note: game is apparently as buggy and bad as ride to hell: Retribution)

yes I know about Tomb Raider

Looks wonderful. But since you know about Tomb Raider you know that's a better Uncharted than Uncharted anyways.

Buy this game

The devs come from Saudi Arabia

We need to support foreign devs in uncommon locations

even if the game is bad.

Sorry it just isn't. The script in uncharted, character development, amazing environments just prove how little gameplay matters.

I really loved the linear nature, it felt very controlled and immersive.

Tomb raider just felt like another game to me. I got ut for free on ps+ and played it once...it's okay but TO ME isn't 1/1000th of uncharted.

I understand it's an Indie game, so I'm trying to cut it some slack, but it's got graphics of a game that came out in the early PS2 generation of games. Voice acting is meh and it looks like it's trying too hard to do too much with too little. Games like these end up being "Meh." at best. Platforming, car chases AND shooting on an indie budget?

Cheap, yes. But a lot of us have a plethora of games on our to-do list to play. Even if it was free I'd probably never play it because there's so much more I COULD be playing.

I really disliked the actual gameplay in Uncharted. Whenever I saw obvious gunfight set-pieces I was annoyed. The combat just wasn't fun. Would have liked the franchise more if it was all just exploring/platforming.

Uncharted 2 is a solid game. On par with Tomb Raider. Worth the play, but it's still just another 10 hour action game that you'll move on from after a couple of days. But at least it's an enjoyable 10 hours.

But 1 and 3 were just bad games. Uncharted is the most overrated series of the generation.

Talking about Tomb Raider and Uncharted. It's funny how before Tomb Raider came out they were talking about how Lara had to survive on this hard island, and made it sound like survival was going to be a part of the game. Then it came out and it was just a grittier Uncharted. Then Naughty Dog made The Last Of Us actually did a great job of mixing survival elements into a cover shooter.

The Last Of Us was how I was hoping Tomb Raider would handle combat. Having to heal with med packs, very limited ammo, stealth being meaningful, a good crafting system that made you actually have to look for items.

For all of how much the game made her cry in cutscenes, Lara was basically John Rambo with boobs.

You know, as boring as The Last of Us gameplay was, the on the fly crafting was great. I would love to see that in a Tomb Raider type game.
