Disabled on the SSD, you can have it disabled for the SSD but enabled for the HDD. I haven't encountered any problems with mine set up like that. Now if this was a pure SSD build then yeah you should have at least a small one.

Page files are for lots of quick random access stuff - what SSDs are good at. Shrink it and leave it on the SSD. Deleting it is not a good idea for those programs that still need one and moving it to another drive defeats the object as above.
