when did they say that?
MS has said MSE is just a way to make sure everyone has some protection. It's not meant to be used as a serious AV, and MS hasn't been very actively supporting it for the last three years.

Running qbittorrent common sense no longer cuts it. Although frankly the main sites are pretty clean. Its using google to find torrents that gets you (I was drunk).
