Honestly no...best thing to do is to get two $1,800 gaming laptops, SLI them via USB cable and then output them via HDMI to a separate monitor.

Just go on Alienware's website and select the laptop closest to $3000 (your "budget" price)... Anything at that price will be able to run it >__>

Yeah, but you do get a ton more power for your money with custom desktops. But if you really to plan to game on the go they're worth it. But most of the time spent gaming will probably be spent sitting on a desk at home anyways...
