$300 for an Xbox One is a pretty good deal. You'll pay more over the lifetime of the console due to the more expensive games and Gold subscription, though.

I probbaly wont get gold

Why on earth would you not get gold? Virtually every game worth playing on Xbox is only worth playing because of online multiplayer (Titanfall, PvZ: GW, Killer Instinct, etc.)

IM not very interested in ,multiplayer games. I have gold on my 360 atm but havent used it since oct. Im not going to renew.

Well then, the XBox one would be a bad buy. I cannot think of a single good single player game for it, or one that is coming out in the near future. If you're going to get a console, get a PS4.

I would buy it to sell it. Wouldn't buy it feeling like the system is actually worth $300 for what I would get out of it.

This. Especially because you're less interested in multiplayer games.

PC is the king of backwards compatibility and cheap games, so you can amass a bunch of singleplayer games.

However, I can't really recommend a $500 PC. You gimp yourself by buying too many cheap parts, making upgrading a pain and ultimately more expensive. Come back when you have like, $650.

Buy the xbone and sell it for profit. Then use that money and save up some more for a good PC.

If you're not even interested in multiplayer games, then build a $500 PC minus GPU today and add the GPU you can afford later. That way you eventually wind up with a servicable, multi-purpose PC rather than a console with evidently no games you'd enjoy anyway and no PC.
